I’m 186lbs so officially down 39 pounds. So proud and so grateful

Crazy to think just less than 6 months ago I was at my heaviest. 216 pounds, wearing a very tight XL, miserable, sick, type 2 diabetic, did I mention MISERABLE! But then I found my guardian angel Patsy Mulvihill. Now I’m 188 pounds (8 more pounds till my goal weight) in a size MEDIUM

Patsy’s councel is valuable and informative, and she always gets back to me promptly if I am unclear on anything. Tatum is also very friendly and helpful. Weight loss is quite personal to me and I have found a place that gives me realistic goals involving diet and exercise along with medical therapy.
